Purpose, methods and legal basis of the processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The personal data provided by the user during navigation are collected for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n

Unnecessary data provided by the User relating to third parties.<\/strong>In some parts of the Site (“Message” \u2013 https:\/\/home.actiafleet.com\/contatti\/), it is permitted to enter text messages that may contain data relating to third parties to the processing requested by the User. In such cases, the User must be considered an independent data controller, with all the consequences that this entails. <\/p>\n\n

    d. Browsing data<\/strong>The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, independently or through third parties, some personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses, the domain names of computers used by users connecting to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) \u200b\u200baddresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.     e. “ACTIAFleet” <\/em>Portal Data<\/strong>Users who interact with the “ACTIAFleet” portal by entering their username and password will be able to view a series of personal data, belonging to the category of so-called identifying data (such as, for example, the drivers’ first and last names). Other types of data, although they do not directly identify the individual, allow the User to obtain information relating to the driver’s activity (for example, but not limited to: “internal ID”; “card ID”; driving period “start – end – duration”; activity status “driving – rest – work”; any violations). <\/p>\n\n

    This information is collected by Actia Italia S.r.l. in fulfillment of current and\/or in effect contractual obligations with the User. Finally, it is specified that the Portal allows the User to export the information to an “.xls” or similar file. Actia Italia S.r.l. is not responsible for any changes that may alter the actual status of the collected data. Any changes\u2014even partial\u2014may cause damage (including) to third parties, for which Actia Italia S.r.l. cannot be held responsible. <\/p>\n\n
